About Us
Nonprofit Impact Alliance
The Nonprofit Impact Alliance, or N.I.A., is a capacity building cohort designed and administered by The Master Resource.
The Alliance is named after the fifth principle of Kwanzaa and means "purpose" in Swahili. This principle is "committed to making our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness." The name is fitting, as this Alliance focuses on Black-founded and Black-led nonprofits that are working to ensure their communities are cared for, supported, and sustainable.
The Master Resource
The Master Resource is a writing, research, development, and strategy firm providing comprehensive services to nonprofits and small businesses. Our mission is to help organizations identify, define, and meet their development goals. All that we do at The Master Resource is rooted in community, leadership, development, and resourcefulness.
Eboni is the Owner of The Master Resource and a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for economic equality and financial stability. She is a Miami native and a graduate of the University of Florida and Georgia State University. Eboni has experience writing and reviewing grant applications and lends her expertise to improving Miami's nonprofit landscape via the United Way of Miami's Economic Impact Council and The Miami Foundation’s Community Advisors.

The Cohort
This exclusive eight-week Cohort is designed to support Black nonprofit leaders whose grassroots organizations have been actively serving their communities but have yet to exceed an operating budget of $250,000. To help you develop and scale, we are dedicated to equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and network to lead your organization to new heights.
As a participant, you’ll join a select group of visionary Black leaders committed to creating meaningful change around South Florida. Through weekly hands-on curriculum sessions and workshop-style office hours, you’ll deepen your understanding of essential nonprofit leadership topics, like strategic planning, financial management, legal considerations, program development, community engagement, and fundraising.
This Cohort is more than just a learning experience. It’s a collaborative, transformative journey where you’ll develop actionable growth strategies and build a strong support network of like-minded leaders.
